This program is set up for you, our customers to help Bertelson Total Office Solutions (BTOS) grow! In return, we would like to reward you for helping us. Here’s how it works:

	Fill in the information below of someone you think would benefit from ordering from BTOS.
	If they are not already a customer of BTOS we will assign them to an Account Executive.
	The BTOS Account Executive will contact the customer within 48 hours (business days only).
	The Account Executive will then meet with the new prospect and introduce them to BTOS.
	If the new prospect places an order within 60 days from when you submit this form, we will send you a free gift as a token of our appreciation.
